If you are wanting to have a in depth look at the way you run, this 1-hour session will give your the opportunity to see exactly how you move. You will get the chance to see how your body interacts with the ground and how any areas of your body may be limiting or effecting your performance. Following this analysis you will receive written feedback and a video documenting your session.
Whatever your level of experience moving efficiently can make a big difference to your performance in running. A more efficient technique can help you run faster, minimise energy leakage and reduce the chances of injury. In these 1-2-1 sessions you will learn and practice the key movement skills required to run efficiently so that they become second nature.
As when learning any new skill it takes time to fully adapt and make changes. On average this process can take between 6-8 weeks; other factors including fitness level and previous experience can also have an impact on the speed of your progress. As a minimum requirement therefore, I request that each athlete books on for a block of 4 sessions. Further sessions will be charged at the 1-2-1 rate of £30 if required.
