Group sessions are open to runners of all abilities and focus on specific aspects of running e.g. speed for endurance, hills etc. Once warmed up you will get the chance to learn about some of the technical principles of running as well as boost your fitness in the main session.

Don't forget to bring your loyalty card to any session that you attend! For every 4 sessions completed you will be able to attend the 5th one for free. If it is your first session please just ask for a card on arrival.
