I offer two coaching options (as below) and as a coached athlete you will be fully supported as you train receiving advice on any areas needed to complement your running development such as race preparation and selection, pacing, kit, recovery etc.
Are you looking to develop your running technique, move more efficiently and reduce your risk of injury? As a qualified running technique coach I am able to analyse your current movement patterns and make recommendations to help your running form
If you are looking for live coaching and feedback on a one-to-one basis this option could be for you. I am able to plan and deliver a session to you based upon your specific requirements and needs.

If you are looking for personalised coaching to help you achieve your goals, you may benefit from a customised training schedule. This option takes into account many factors including lifestyle, diet, training volume, injury and much more.

3. Face to face meeting or video conference is set up to view technique and influence future planning.
